Westcomb (www.westcomb.com) makes great eVent jackets. I need 37 in sleeves, and a Westcomb XL is just a tad small. I see that the company now offers a 2XL, which would probably work. You might have to live with a bit of blousiness in the chest, but that's the dilemma that all of us tall, long-armed guys face. Not cheap (Westcomb was founded by Arc'teryx alumni who took their pricing philosophy with them) but great stuff.
If you're not set on eVent, you might consider Gore-Tex Pro Shell, which I think is almost as good. Norrona's falketind shell (in 2XL) is the first rain shell I've owned that's been long enough in the sleeves.
