I own a pair of the Reed pants and I usually wear a size 34" waist/32" inseam and the large fit me perfectly.

I am also about 200lbs and 6"1'.

It would certainly appear that they will be honoring sales during the "glitch."

I used the link and it takes me to reqular Golile site. I then google golite clearance closet and I see a url ending in clearance click on it takes me to norall golite site. What gives.

Was able to get a couple of things really cheap. And Golite's email says they have already shipped. Thanks again for the heads up.

I didn't mean for my post to sound like a complaint! It was supposed to just be an update for other people who ordered around the same time. Thanks for coming to clear things up and for honoring the orders even though there were problems with the website.

I ordered a bunch of stuff but have yet to receive an email confirming shipment. I did receive a order number so I will just have to wait and see.

I've now received emails for both of my orders. The emails come when your order ships out and they are working through the pile of orders that came in Friday. All is well.

I just got a "We're sorry..." email saying they're actually out of the men's medium Reed pants I bought and that my order's been canceled.

Anybody got an extra pair of mediums to spare?... :)

I just got an email saying that they are out of the poncho/tarp that I ordered on Friday morning. I tried calling the customer service number multiple times to see if they have another color and it keeps hanging up on me before I can talk to someone. Ive even tried contacting the person who sent me the email. All I get is voicemail. Nice customer service! :(

Sadly, I received the same email regarding the poncho tarp. Would have been a great deal. The 2011 version is a bit lighter but only in a LOUD yellow, and almost 3 times as much as the listed closeout. Grrr.

I, too, received the "out of stock" email. Maybe I'll check the site tomorrow morning to see if they found some more ponchos.
