FS: Older REI 2 person Halfdome Tent CHEAP on 02/27/2011 13:15:03 MST Print View

FS: Older Model REI 2 person Half-Dome Tent that was in the back of the closet. 9/10 condition. I do not have the rain fly, but suppose you could get one on gear swap. If I wanted a cheap, versatile spring/summer set-up, I would just use this and a big, UL tarp and give yourself a cooking area and vestibule in addition to tent coverage if things were going to get real rainy.

Free standing classic two pole design
Side guy out points to tie out for even more width
Mesh front and back panels
Dual-zippered mesh door with toggle tie back
Ceiling loops for gear loft
Two inside side storage pockets for small gear

Inside measurements corner to corner:
Length:84 inches (7 feet)
Width: 52 inches
Height: 52 inches tall in middle (plenty of headroom to sit up and put a gear loft)

Weight:
32oz for the tent
16oz for for both poles
3lbs total

I will include both stuff sacks shown in picture (1oz each)

Would like to get $60 shipped for the tent and poles and stuff sacks.

Thanks!tent

tent and poles with a 1L Smart Water bottle

Looking at the pic and the 52" max width -- might this actually be a Half Dome 2?

BTW, in case anyone is interested, I purchased one of these for my daughter years ago and it worked will in our wet Pacific Northwest Weather. Lots of volume inside. Simple efficient design.

If this is still available, I'm very interested. Did you find the fly? Thanks.
