Can anyone tell me how to convert clo to R-value?

Specifically, Insultex says it has a clo of 2. What would this equate to in R-value?

I read somewhere 1 clo = 1 R.

But, I'm not sure, have the same question.

google "clo R conversion"

usr.decnet.com - 1 R = 1.135 clo

efunda.com - 1 R = 1.138 clo

msis.jsc.nasa.gov - 1 R = 1.136 clo

...and Richard N. uses 1 R = 1.1322

(somehow I trust Richard more than NASA...)

But it is an interesting range of values.

1 / 0.8832 = 1.1322 - so those are pretty consistent with Richard

it's odd that there are different sources on the internets with slightly different conversion coefficients

All of the numbers are close enough for me. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a factor or 5 different or something like that.
