No luck in a quick web search to find internal parts for Komperdell Titanal three-section poles. Anyone know where I should look?

What's the problem for which you need replacement parts? Did something break, or are you just getting frustrated with that goofy locking system? If it's the latter, maybe we can figure something out for you.

The poles lock ok but an internal part broke and I don't know how long it will last. I'll post a picture this evening.

I would try that, before placing a call to Austria, but if your game to give that a try.... ++43 / 6232 / 4201-0. skype or google voice is your friend.

Try shooting them an email, explain your problem and ask for pricing on replacement parts. Be sure to include the year that your poles were manufactured so they know what parts to replace them with since so much can change from year to year on the same model of pole.


I had an issue with my black diamond poles (mouse chewed through the hand strap and one of the tips broke off the shaft) so I called them up and they were able to sell me the replacement parts that I needed.

email the komperdell customer service rep in the US. i had my C2 poles come unglued rendering them useless. I emailed the rep and got a response back in a couple of days with two things.
-one was instructions on how to repair and re-epoxy the pole
-the other was to send the poles to them for a free repair
I was pretty impressed
