Is the one-way backpacking route (~19 mi.) from Catalina State Park to Romero Pass and Sabino Canyon "open" right now? (Navigable/little or no snow)

Is Sabino the best exit? I'm totally open, could go down any route in Sabino, or down Ventana, or exit on the Catalina Highway. Or other options I haven't thought of. What would you do?

What are the water crossings like? I imagine that might be the issue right now.

Weather forecast is very good.
