Two items here. Both free. PM's only, posting here counts for naught. And I'll be quite up front, first PM won't necessarily get it. If you've already been fortunate enough to grab some of the other PIF stuff, I'm likely to give this to someone who hasn't had the chance to get something. Not that this stuff is some super great stuff, it ain't!.

You should pay this forward with a kindness to another. That doesn't have to be offering something free here. You could: go buy a homeless person a burger and a cup of coffee, call your Mom and let her know what a sweetheart she is and talk to her much longer than you normally do, take someone's cart back to the store on your way in, anything like that.

Only you'll know whether or not you pay it forward. I think many folks on here pay it forward in many ways every day, that's just the kind of people I think inhabit these forums.

For those who want to try a gravity filter, here's a homemade gravity filter. I used some type of Sawyer filter, don't remember which one. I used this for a few hikes before I went to a Steripen. Screws on a Platy on both ends. Blue to filter to white.

Sorry, about that Trevor. I guess it was beginner's luck? Both were BPL firsts for me - a purchase and a PIF request.
