I bought a second hand down pad on here a few years ago and the valve got damaged, I contacted Bender and he offered me a new pad for free even though he knew I was not the original owner.

Now thats great service.

Well I Am the original owner with a broken valve. When I sent my pad back for repairs he kept it.

That's not greast service.

I was just passing on how good my experience was with him.

Hope you get it resolved.

Well this would explain why I can't get into his website. Its too bad, he had some nice products. Back to the drawing board, I had my heart set on a taperlite.

Bummer! I saw a mention of these pads and really wanted a custom size one (I love 25" wide pads but have never needed the extra length, and an extra think one wouldn't hurt!) Looks like I'll be sticking with the NeoAir xlite to lighten up, assuming I still want it once I try it out.
