And an easy way to make THE most comfortable bipbelt. Take a wide strip , attach the buckles, tighten around waist. Then mark and cut away everything that is not under tension, VOILA!

I love your logic and procedure. It is sort of like the artist making, say, a horse out of granite. He simply took away everything that didn't look like a horse.

Is that 2" strapping tape attached to the buckle or is that also cuben fiber? How does, whatever it is, work with the buckle?

I don't see any adjustment. Was that the goal?

James, not sure which you are referring to. but the top 5'' of the frame is a spring, hip belt, usual buckle/strap.

The bottom straps look to be anchored to the buckles. I don't see any room for adjustment. Ahhh... OK. It appear the one strap is longer than the other.
