I'm looking for someone that's willing to sell their MLD Superlight Bivy, size large.

Chad,

I have a Large, MLD Superlight Bivy that I bought from MLD in Oct 2008 for $190. It was only used on two 7 day hikes in 2009. I love this bivy, however, I just got married and want to get a light 2-3 person tent that my wife and I can use together. Therefore, this bivy, along with the MLD Patrol Shelter I also bought, must go.

I saw your post and wanted to see if you wanted the bivy before I posted it to the masses.

Dang, just missed out on Ricks bivy!

I'm sill looking for a suitable bivy that will fit a large guy like myself (250lbs, 6'-2"). Anyone got one that they're willing to part with?

If you can't find an MLD Superlight, consider a Ptarmigan or Raven from Titanium Goat. They put in a short side zipper in my Ptarmigan for a moderate additional charge.

I'm 6-3, 240 and my WM Alpenlite fits fine with a pad outside the bivy. Since I sleep on my side, I prefer the bivy not being forced into a straight line anyway.
