Anybody else noticed that Dan's nutty rantings against Mark Verber were edited out of the Best Gear of 2010 thread in the Gear Forum? Also, all of the responses to his rantings, both for and against Dan were removed (including mine.)

Interesting decision. I wonder why the thread wasn't simply moved to Chaff? I still will never buy a pack from him, no matter how good they are.

BPL made the decision to delete all the commentary regarding Dan McHale and Mark Verber, without moving the thread to Chaff (there was some really good stuff in there!). While nothing was specifically libelous, we want our forums to be above reproach and as free from flaming as possible.

Therefore, I've removed all but the initial post in this thread and shut it down from further commentary.
