I'm interested in the bag. info i can find says its 1 pound, have you ever weighed it? does it come with a stuff sack and if so, what size is the stuff sack? if it saves my kids any weight at all I'd say its a bargain for $15.

Adan,

The fill weight is 1lb. I believe the bag is about 3.5 pounds probably won't save your kid any weight. The scale I currently use for gear doens't measure that high but I have one on order that will -- I was holding off on providing a weight till I recieve that.

This is the only link I can find that gives a weight.

http://www.backcountry.com/columbia-adventure-quest-light-weight-mummy-bag-30-degree-thermal-c

It says 1lb but also lists it in metric as ~1.6kilo or ~3.5lb (maybe this is where you got your numbers?). I am certain the the latter is closer than the former.

sorry for the confusion.
James

also compression sack (w/o tightening compression straps) is about 9"dia X 15"long
