Mike - The pack was built from a LARGE kit. My torso length is 19 1/2". I think it will be right. Here is a photo with a tape measure on the back of the pack. I hope you can read the tape measure. Thanks, Dave

Dug- You expressed interest in the Ray Way pack I sold just recently. It sold (obviously) but I have a Ray Way prototype that I'd be willing to give to a good home. How about $5.00 for USPS Priority and I'll just send it to you. I don't need the 20+ packs I have and if you can use it, all the better. The only thing you'll have to do is lace some shock cord through the tops of the mesh pockets on the outside (I ran out of shock cord) Other than that you should enjoy it. Let me know. Thanks, Easty.
