Royal Robbins has a (Patagonia) Dragonfly-like anorak top shell, 3 oz., for $18.

However, it is microfleece, water resistance is not mentioned, and the only size/color is large/blue.

It is microfiber, not microfleece. Nice buy! Large only though.
