New LBP 36 Full Dyneema Backpack with two bottle pockets. Also comes with two belt pockets and an inner water bladder pocket. Never packed for camping, never used. You can pay approx $900 and wait for one to be made for you or you can have this one shipped to you for $650.00. Torso length is 17.5 Inches, waist belts adjust 32 to 36 inches. I'm 5'11", 36 waist,

It's a McHale! Pack weight doesn't matter.

Right - but weights are as follows: pack is 2 lbs, accessories about 16oz

The stay length is 23.5 - not the torso length. It ideally would fit about 16.5" torso to 17.5" torso plus or minus using the McHale measuring method. Not a P&G

Dan,
It might be a good idea to explain the fit, and even post a photo showing a side view of a person wearing a McHale pack.
Many that don't know the proper McHale fit, will think the pack is too large for them, when they first try one on, as they see/feel the shoulder straps approx. 1" or more above their shoulder crest. Not even sure that your website shows this either,correct?
