Here is something I found recently. Not a bit low in fat, so perfect for grazing on...and nice and light in weight.
Cheese 'Crackers':
Thoroughly combine:
* ½ cup softened butter * 2 cups grated sharp cheddar * ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce * 2-3 tsp. sesame seeds
Add 1 cup flour, a little at a time. Knead till well combined. Form into long roll 1 inch in diameter. Cut into ¼ inch slices. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container or ziploc bag, and eat soon. Best if made night before a trip.
You could also sub hot sauce for the worces. sauce for a different take, and sub out the cheese, as long as you use real cheese. (no processed cheese)
