And if you want a full-zip:

The full-zip compares favorably to my Rab Drillium. Uses the same weight eVent and is 60g lighter (2.7oz). However, I really like the ability to stow the hood and don't see a way to do that with the OMM jacket.

Her's a brief mention of the 2010 OMM line from outdoorsmagic that includes the cyphers:

The omm fabic looks like/identical to my Westcomb Spectre. The fabric is pretty thin, you'd have to be wary of abrasion for sure. Breathes awesome though.

It's the Montane specktr that I'd like to check out. I'm definitely bringing my scale to check out if it's actually 6.8 oz.

No, I don't know with certainty of anywhere in Vancouver that sells Montane.

I'd check Hillsound, or Valhalla Pure next time you're near MEC though. If anyone has it, they should.

I got my litespeed (in XS and in burnt orange) in Hong Kong. Couldn't find that color anywhere online. Good thing I got to try it on too. I would have never picked XS online. I go all the time, and the store is by my hotel, so when the Spectr is released I'm going to check it out fo sho.
