Ok, this is my gear list for paramo ecosystem. most of my hikes are in the paramo ecosystem (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P%C3%A1ramo), near my home in the Parque Nacional Natural Los Nevados, i usually hike from 1411 meters above sea level to 5125 meters. Paramo is rainy, wet, foggy and pretty cold but sometimes can be pretty hot 30ÂșC or more.
