For those of you who have completed the West Coast Trail in 'normal' fashion know how hard it can be (named in the top 5 toughest treks in the world - what with the 110 ladder systems, slippery trail and tidal shelf, and constant rain).

How about running it in 10 hours and 8 minutes....

Considering that I travel sections of the WCT at 1 Km per hour, I can't imagine somebody doing it at that pace!

This is the same guy that ran the West Coast Trail and Juan de Fuca trail back to back in under 24 hours. This is one tough dude.

Hi Mike - Watching that makes me want to go back! I absolutely love that trail. You are lucky to have access to it in your 'backyard.'

Very ironic... I spend most of my time dreaming about hiking in your back yard.

The WCT is a unique experience though, I do feel lucky to be so close.

Something tells me that Mr. Robbins doesn't stop to enjoy a burger and a beer at Monique's!
