Within the last 2 weeks I paid for an annual subscription assuming it would last me a year.. it seems subscriptions are up and need to be renewed.

I assume then that the system runs on the fiscal year not 1 year from joining?

If so, is it possible to transfer details as I have only just paid.

There is a mistake here - you should have the membership for a full 12 months without having to renew. I am sure BPL can rectify for you. Have you e-mailed the Admin. direct?
