My wife just went on a trip and used Mike Clelland's mole sauce served with spanish rice,refried beans and chicken served on tortillas. She dehydrated the sauce, beans and rice. Both her and my sister said it was great. 2 1/2 oz of sauce dehydrated to 1 1/2 oz.We will be using his Thai,Pesto,Mole and spackle(which is to die for) on our upcoming Beartooth trip.

Search skills on this site are often thwarted by the very poor search engine.

Although initiative IS appreciated, sometimes it's just easier to ask.

But when the "collective's" memory fades, things will get tough.
