Tyler, The cuben/nylon woven hybrid is super strong woven nylon fabric that is laminated to Cuben Fiber. We have worked very hard with Cubic Technology to come up with a pack material that is light, strong, 100% h2o proof and soft enough to make packs out of. There are only three seams on the pack, the side seams where the body meets the back panel and the bottom which as a double layer of fabric for more protection. Some of our customers have taken it upon themselves to seam seal the pack seams with great results, creating a water tight pack. No more pack covers.
