heading nepal for trekking in coming season on 07/07/2010 03:18:30 MDT

I am planing to do 3 weeks trekking in nepal around October 2010. i have found very good website http://www.nepaltrekkingtours.com with full trekking information. have anybody done Annapurna circuit trekking before?? what types of gear would be good for this trek in october??
