This weekend i did a quick solo outing to test some new gear and mods.

The Coast Track is in the second oldest National Park in world, Royal National (1879) next to Yellowstone. The Park lies south of Sydney and makes for an easy getaway.

This weekend was nice, it had been raining for 3 weeks here non stop. Besides a very strong southerly, I had ideal conditions. Temps ranged from highs of 18c to lows of 7c.

Had a dry weight of 4.4KG

It was so windy that the water from this water fall was blowing back up the cliff face at Eagle rock.

All in all a easy weekend trip. This is a blessing for us living in Sydney.

Nick, that looks great. I have to look for some cheap weekend flights. The best I could find near Melbourne was a couple of days with the kids out near Mansfield. Temps 0C to 7C.
