Arroyo Seco River - late May early June on 05/27/2010 19:57:04 MDT

we are planning on taking a group of highschool boys through the canyon next weekend. Not a lot of backpacking experience, let alone canyoneering...anyone have any info on the water levels?
Last time we went through the top of the slot canyon was not easily passible because the water was moving to fast... bush whack around?
