Just email bender at kookabay with demensions and r value and he should be able to quote you a price and weight. He makes the down mats when you make an order.

Bender just made me a black "Torsolite" size pad which turned out very nice. Final weight is just over 6oz and this is with opting for a heavier, more durable material. I can post a picture if there is an interest.

Thom, a photo would be grand.

To get back to the CCF pads, I find the TAR Z Lite the most comfortable mat ever. I take naps on it at home, and for the trail I carry six segments (174 g) which go under the torso. Excellent mat.
