I'm looking for Contoured Shoulder straps to retro-fit to an existing pack.

I can't find them at Seattle, Quest, or Thru-Hiker.

Any sources would be appreciated.

Probably won't find UL, but hit any good local gear shop. They should have tons of shoulder harnesses in stock for custom-fitting packs. If there's been a model change, there's a good chance they'll have a box or two of old stuff in back they might even give you for free.

Don't rule out butchery. I cut some straps off an old pack for a project once...
