the bottom photo is the first, gets higher from there, Mueller Hut is at about 1800m where my wife and i stayed the night, perfect sunrise in the morning, with some cool cloud hanging in the valley on the way back down

You gotta be kidding! Now my voluminous pictures of the "Green Tunnel" aka East Coast woods seem a bit underwhelming.

Gosh, I really miss tramping/traveling around NZ! So much beautiful country.

Mueller Hut is in Aoraki National Park, isn't it? Incredible views...
