Good luck with the Slumber Jack. I forbid my scout from buying or bringing them on camp-outs. 30 degree Slumber Jack equals 50+ degree bag. Can you Say HYPOTHERMIA?

I've used my 30 degree Slumberjack on some pretty cold nights. Never got hypothermia, even at 18 degrees. I'll admit that it's not quite a 30 degree bag; it needs to be above 35 for me to be comfortable. At 2 lbs, 10 oz, it's also more weight that I want to carry. At $70, though, it's a great bag for a 3 season newbie on a budget and it works well for me as a loaner.

Let a friend sleep in my 10 year old Slumberjack 20 in 15 degree weather this past winter. Only 62 ounces but he didn't die!
