Folks have mentioned on here a few times about doing a site search using Google instead of using the built in search engine. Macworld online has a great article about creating a javascript bookmark (including the javascript 1-line code, just copy and paste!) to make it easy. See article here.

If you prefer Bing for searching, just replace "google" with "bing" in the javascript
