Aaron,
As an owner of Thermawrap, what would you call the most important measurement to determine the needed size? I tried to use montbell's table, but different measurements give me anything from M (chest) to L (waist), or XL, and with my arm length I could not even get within the range of the table (either I am a mutant, or I miss something in the measuring procedure :) )

Sizing on 03/11/2010 14:30:14 MST Print View

Hi Sergiy,
Not sure I can help but here goes.

I am selling the large thermawrap which Montbell says fits a 41-43 chest. Now, I'm about a 42" and it's got plenty of room. It's a little long on me (I'm only 5'6") and the arms are a touch long but they're OK. I just don't need that much room to layer underneath which is why I'm going to a medium or a different piece altogether.

Maybe if you post your measurements to the forum, others can give you their opinions.

Edit: now that I think more on this, if I were you, I'd go for the large as the fit is a little more snug in the waist then the chest. Either the jacket tapers a little bit or my butt is getting bigger.

I am about 5'10" tall, chest 40", and waist 36" (includes winter fat, hope it will be less in summer, but it will still fall in Large :) )
