Backcountry Gear Ltd. has the GoLite Poncho-Tarp on sale for $38.25, which makes it [for a little while] even cheaper than the ol' bargain standby, the Equinox/Campmor Silponcho.

They've also got the Montane Featherlite down to $42. By far the best value in traditional nylon windshirts.
