Dear Fellow Hikers:

I’ve been slowly coming to terms with the following realities whose cumulative effects necessitate my trying to pass on my excess(ive) outerwear:

--I’m more of a cyclists than a hiker, and living in New York city will do nothing to change this.

--I tend to purchase things that are a bit small, rationalizing that when I loose another 15 pounds they will fit perfectly, and assuming that buying a bit small will serve as added motivation to drop said weight. Hasn’t happened.

--As much as it’s nice to own four different eVent Jackets, its also extremely silly.

--I just need another bike, and I have to pay for it somehow.

Everything is size XL. Most items are new. I can take photos if requested.

As fitting clothing can be a bit of a crapshoot, I’ll be happy to take returns within a reasonable amount of time.

The best way to send funds is Paypal. My Paypal name is the same as my email address: ekdouglas (at) mindspring.com. I will also happily accept other forms of payment: money orders, personal checks, notarized flattery, etc.

Shipping should be between $5-$10, but will be free if more than one item is shipped.

Eric Douglas

In any case here are the items/ evidence of my excessiveness:

Cloudveil Prospector Jacket. Green. Inertia Plus Softshell. New with tags. 80

Patagonia Spraymaster Pant. Black. New with tags. 50

Rei Minstral Jacket. Mustard. Polartec Power Shield. New with tags. 35

Thanks all for helping to finance my next bike frame. I dropped the prices a bit on the remaining items and would be happy to entertain offers.

Thanks, it is awesome. unfortunately like you I need to lose some weight and always tell myself I will get it done. If I actually do get down in weight I am going to have to re-purchase all this gear! :(

Thanks Again!
