Yours shipped for $175.00 Purchased last year, it has been used by me on only 2 trips for a total of 4 nights. No signs of wear. It is fully seam sealed. Includes two optional Substitute Front Poles. Otherwise it has everything in the tent comes with (stakes, bags, etc). This would cost $287.00 if purchased right now form tarptent. I built a cuben mid and my wife is asking that I thin out the camping gear to better fit out tiny apartment. Plus I just sort of accidentally bought a black diamond guiding light and could use the money to balance out the purchase a little. I will ship the next business day via UPS.
