I'm a little new to this Go-Light stuff. What else would I need to make this a "complete" shelter?

Complete Shelter on 12/27/2009 13:41:26 MST Print View

John,

It depends what you mean by complete shelter, the Shangri-La 3 is a complete shelter by itself however if you add the nest, that would give it a bathtub floor and netting.

Edit: The tent does include central collapsible pole so all you would need to make this a complete shelter would either be a ground cloth or ground cloth and bug netting if your worried about bugs

All the best, Nathan Stebner

John,

The Shangri-la 3 I am selling includes a pole so you would not need a trekking pole right away...in case you do not have any. If you wanted an inner tent then you would need the "Nest" as mentioned by Nathan.

Cheers,

Nice deal on this.... on 12/27/2009 14:07:01 MST Print View

I already have one - just thought I'd throw out how much I love mine. I actually have the floor, and the nest, and can choose which one I take depending on conditions.

So this is like the "tarp" portion of the system? I am still looking at this. I might be interested. Stay tuned.
