Just wanted to share a response from Cascade Designs. I'd asked them if there are alternate ways to repair a pinhole in a Neo Air (Platy Patch, Tenacious Tape?). The response:

Hi Gary,

Thank you for contacting Cascade Designs Inc.

The Tenacious Tape will work best and the Platy Patch will work as well but the repair will be more temporary.

It will at least hold for a few days or more to get you by though. Don’t use duct tape since it tends to leave a residue and doesn’t work well anyways..
