This is a great article. Thanks for posting the link.

I shouldn't read this stuff, though, because it just makes me worse. I plan to build a Tumbleweed House (the Harbinger model) if the market ever recovers enough so I can ever sell my condo for a decent price. After reading that article, the Harbinger looks excessive.

When it comes to whacking out entire categories of expenses, I find staying single (and childless) a heck of a lot more effective than staying inside a van. :)

Of course, living in the van like he does is a pretty sure way to stay both single and childless, so maybe it works both ways!!!
