Older style MLD DuoMid (without the mid-point guy-outs)for sale.Bought last month used. Previous owner said they only set it up in their back yard and it was not even seam sealed. I just finished seam sealing it and adding Kelty Triptease as the guy lines. It looks new to me. Just too small for me and my large dog. I will sell for $180.00 or consider trades for used/good condition Marmot Helium long,Western Mountaineering Mega Lite long, Nunatak 20-30 degree quilts long, Jacks-R-Better 20-30 degree long quilts or a Golite Shangri-La 3 with floor.

How old are we talking? Does this thing have linelocs? I was not even aware that Ron made a Duomid without mid-point tie outs. I am interested in this, but I'm trying to understand just how old it is.

I am not sure of the age, just that it is in excellent condition and had never been seam sealed until last week. It DOES have line locks on all guy-outs.

If it helps...I read a thread once from Ron at MLD stating he was offering to add the mid-point guy-outs for the older models free of charge. Not sure if he's still doing this or for second or third owners but just a FYI.

Ron released the Duomid sometime Fall 2008. Ordered mine in Nov. 2008 not long at all after he started making them. I believe he is on the third generation currently.

I read that the size on the newer Mid is bigger that the older model. Do you know the dimensions?
