Anyone got firsthand water info for the Tonto? Specifically Cedar Spring, Lonetree Canyon, and Grapevine Creek?

I'm starting at the Hermit TH, spending the first night at Monument Creek or Cedar Spring, and the second night a mile east of The Tipoff, carrying water from Pipe Spring. After that I'm hoping for water at Lonetree. As of October 14th, NPS reports water 20 minutes down canyon at Lonetree, so something more recent would be appreciated.
