Great color. I read that a fire similar to the most recent one (1988) burned through Yellowstone in 1776.

I do not believe a fishing license is neccessary to fish in the Park.

Any photos of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone?

They aired a documentary on Australian TV this week, titled "Yellowstone", I havent watched it yet but after looking at these photos I think thats my mission for tonight.

Thanks Mark--When are you going to post some pictures from Down Under---I really enjoy seeing other parts of the world..What about the Northern Territory maybe the West Coast or Cape York Pena??

All in all an excellent winter Yellowstone trip. Wolves, fox, coyotes, all the usual ungulates. Such a nice time of year to visit Yellowstone.
