Hey, nice spreadsheet. For the English majors (like me) who don't do speadsheets, is the Excel version available on-line? In other words, can I steal it and use it? ;vD

EDIT:

Old versions of Excel will require a manual conversion to a PDF if you want to post long lists. See the link mentioned above.

But if you just want the spreadsheet PM your e-mail address I'll send it to you.

There are also numerous online PDF converters that are free (such as PDF995) for download or work via the internet. If you use a Mac, you can simply print to PDF in OS X, from almost any program.
