It looks like life is taking me to Patagonia and the southern regions. I'll be leaving in a month or two and will be down there for at least a few months. I'm open to any and all advice! I'll be traveling by bike and will have a full complement of gear for hiking and such festivities. At this point I don't know much.
My vague plan is to fly to Buenos Aires, bus to Bariloche and ride south. Enjoy the Lake District, day hike around Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre, then ride to Los Glaciers and the Torres Del Paine circuit. My impression is that much of the southern lands are flat and windy. I'd like to keep my riding in scenic mountains as much as possible. Any advice on off the beaten track mountainous regions? Any advice in general?
