Does anyone know where to find .03 mm titanium foil like BPL uses? Since they are out of stock for some time I was hoping to find some on my own rather than wait. So far I can't find any.

You might be searching for 0.03 mm, right? US titanium sources will list thickness in inches. 0.03 mm works out to about 0.001". Try a google search for "0.001 titanium foil" or "0.001 titanium sheet." I found several sources using these searches, and will let you pick which source you like best.
