Has anyone come up with a way of covering the vents on the Hex/Shangri La 3?

I used mine in 60 mph driving rain this weekend and got wet due to rain blowing in through the vents - some sort of non-permanent cover would fix this. I was thinking of maybe a velcro-on silnylon patch?

could you add a few snaps so you could snap it closed?

I guess that would work if they were strong enough to overcome the wire (I assume it is wire) stiffener - although it would still leave gaps.

Last weekend the rain was being blown up through the vent so it would still find any gaps there....
