On the Send Money page there are two tabs to choose from Purchase or Personal



From the PayPal site, 'Fees' at the bottom of the page -



For the Purchase of Goods and Services -
As a Buyer you pay nothing.

As a Seller, you are dinged 2% to 3%

Under the Personal Transfer tab -
Neither Buyer nor Seller pay, provided the funds come out of a PayPal or bank account. Otherwise 3%.

A 'Personal Transfer' Can avoid all fees.

Yet another moral dilemma...

thanks Greg.. All, keep in mind that we must trade or supply shipping address to one another as it will not show up when money sent in this fashion.

"payment owed" is the appropriate sending method, since we are trading amongst ourselves below retail cost.

You can always put your address in the "Comments" section of the PayPal Personal Transfer if you like, correct?
