Just to clarify what's happed, correct me if I'm wrong:
1.You placed an order two weeks ago for some stuff from BPL.
2.Your credit card was charged for the order.
3.BPL says the product has shipped.
4.USPS says the product hasn't been received from BPL.
If that's what happened contact BPL and get them to tell you what happened. If BPL is unable to explain what happened then call your credit card company, tell them your situation and they will refund your money.
