Kickbike trip Finland to Sweden seven days.

Finland Espoo-Helsinki-Ferry to Stockholm-Nynäshamn-Ferry to Visby-Around north Gotland. Same way back.

I remember Visby! Great little island!

Why a kickbike? Isn't it tiring to stand like that all the time? And aren't the uphills frustrating?

It would be nice to hear your thoughts about the kivkbike and what it's like to wild camp in Sweden. Great photos, it looked like a great trip.

Why kickbike?

+Simple
+Cheap
+Not so many moving parts
+Easy to repair
+Same avarage speed speed as bicycle 20km/h (12,4 miles/h)
+Down hills are very fast
+Minimal wind resistance

-Uphills are slow
-Speed is always same without hills.

About Gotland.

Nice photos! Interesting idea.

I think Sweden is probably up among the best countries to wild camp in. You are basically allowed to camp anywhere you like if you stay away from peoples houses and provided you don't stay at the same place for more than a few nights or so.

Gotland is also a magnificient place to go biking. It's very flat and there are few cars.
