I'm looking for a piece of gear that is hand made in Sweden and which cannot be ordered via the internet. Specifically, what I'm after is located on the country-side between Gnarp and Bergsjö in Nordantsig County in northern Sweden - 10 kilometers west of the E4, 20 kilometers from the Gulf of Bothnia, between Hudiksvall and Sundsvall, 340 kilometers north of Stockholm.

If there is anyone on this forum who is from Sweden and can help me out with this, I would be very, very appreciative. In return, I can pay you for your troubles or maybe find something unique to New York City that you would like.

I'll give you some hints though: It's smaller than a bread box. And it's very, very old school.

It's not really UL gear. More along the lines of Bushcraft.

Dave, you're killing me. Hand made..can't be bought on the internet. If you say it is produced in small batches only once per year than you've successfully made me believe you've stumbled upon something of the highest quality which, if I were to ever need a similar product, would make me a fool to get any other make.

This reminds of a thread that I posted last year where I was asking about applying a relatively new technology (Ion Mask) to tent material. The reason I did not want to name it (and I explained that...) was to see I anyone else had thought of it. My reasoning being that if nobody else had the same idea more than likely there was no merit to it. Some got VERY upset over it, completely missing the point ...
