There is a side that is slightly shinier and side that is slightly duller. Does it matter which side I put out on my roll top for my backpack roll top?

one side is the coated side(wrong side) the "stickier" side should go inside to protect the coating.

thanks! wound up winging it last night since my jam2 did have similar fabric and I put the more dull side out like the jam2 had.
