Anyone fondly remember Knorr Tomato Basil soup packets? Discontinued apparently, and I don't see anything like it in my stores--any sources or ideas?

Also don't see as many bean soups, I'd be grateful for sources/recipes for that as well, esp. (in both cases) if suited to a long buy-as-you-go walk along the PCT.
